This study aims to determine the condition of tourism products in tourist village Pucak Tinggan, and measure level satisfaction with service performance manager. Data collection methods used are observation, interviews, questionnaires documentation. While analytical method is descriptive qualitative measurement CSI (Customer Satisfaction Index). From this research, it known that Tinggan form trekking packages visiting Mangu Temple, honey bee farming middle a coffee plantation, biogas education, production ground taro chips. The supporting facilities along route such as gazebos, selfie spots toilets has been damaged not well maintained due cost constraints. Training mentoring have carried out by team IPBI lecturers targeting increasing management resources SME based on agriculture.
